The CRE Sales Account Executive at BuildCentral will be responsible for developing and selling new business in the growing commercial real estate location data market. New business efforts will be aimed at but not limited to commercial real estate brokerages, developers, investors, retailer site selection teams, and REITs. This is a new market for BuildCentral and the CRE account executive will be expected to communicate market challenges, and needs to grow BuildCentral’s brand across the space
Responsibilities
·Sell new business in growing commercial real estate market exceeding threshold and target levels
·Represent company via social media, events, and trade associations with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and relevance in commercial real estate.
·Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
·Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting individual sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
·Organize work to include dedicated time of prospecting and meeting targets.
·Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
·Performs other duties as assigned and reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.
·Work to hand off new accounts to the account management team in a seamless manner.
·Document Sales activities in company CRM.
·Conduct sufficient outbound sales activities to meet and surpass quota.
·Work accounts assigned or defined by territory.
·Work primarily from your home having access to reliable internet connection and phone.
·Some travel will be required as it is pre-approved
Qualifications
·Commercial real estate site selection software sales / location data sales experience or relevant industry knowledge and network is required.
·Must be located in Eastern time zone.
·Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
·3-5 years of successful sales experience.
·Strong customer service, can-do attitude, with good follow-through skills
·Experience in sourcing own leads and cold calling
· Experience in Business-to-Business Subscription Sales
