Job Description
We are currently seeking a Channel National Accounts Manager to join our North American Commercial Sales Team. This individual has responsibility to lead and manage key accounts in North America to deliver against sales objectives while winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners.
Responsibilities:
Ability to drive growth across diverse set of channel distribution accounts
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process for assigned accounts that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Elevate relationships to higher levels at key customers. Participate in developing and deploying strategic growth plans and execution of tactics
Strong understanding of the value proposition across different distributor and how they go to market.
Implements and enforces company channel policy
Provide detailed business performance and accurate sales forecasting. Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other customer functions
Provides monthly forecast and performance reports
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Proactively coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Manages POS and Inventory data to spot trends and put corrective action plans in place
Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
Actively engage with North America and Global Marketing teams as well as Product Groups to generate maximum impact in the North American Region.
Establish and lead deployment of sales strategies with a balance of strategic and tactical objectives
Propose and be responsible for incentive programs that motivate the channel teams and distributors to achieve their sales targets
#LI-BD1 Qualifications
6+ years in Channel Management experience in industrial/test & measurement industries
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and writing skills are required to interact with customers, other employees and management; requires the ability to anticipate and solve problems
Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
Ability to engage with a variety of people at all levels both internally and externally
Create and communicate account growth strategies
Comfort with taking calculated risk in the spirit of continuous improvement to exceed growth targets
Negotiation skills that lead to a mutually beneficial outcome with customers
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrate both personal integrity and the ability to exercise good and consistent judgment
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, engineering, or marketing

National: The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $114,200- $212,200
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
