As our Broker Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong relationships with broker accounts across the nation.
Your Responsibilities
Foster long-term partnerships with broker accounts by providing them with top-notch support and guidance.
Act as the go-to resource for your clients, delivering real-time information on our latest products, resources, and industry updates.
Champion your brokers and work tirelessly to turn every loan into a success story.
Manage and monitor the performance of accounts in your pipeline, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
Generate and manage a robust pipeline of loans, surpassing sales goals and making a real impact in the mortgage industry.

What We're Looking For
2+ years of mortgage origination experience (Please apply only if this requirement is met).
A proven track record as a successful loan officer, originator, banker, or wholesale account executive. If you have previous experience as a Mortgage Processor, we'd love to hear from you too!
Deep knowledge of mortgage sales, processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
Strong business-to-business relationship building skills.
Confident communication abilities, both over the phone and via webcam.
A dedicated work ethic and a sense of accountability for your actions.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for the mortgage industry.
A minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and Non-Agency loan products.
Previous experience in a broker environment is a plus.
Openness to learning, willingness to be coached, and adaptability in an ever-changing industry.
