Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of product development, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key product within our portfolio. Your role will encompass a wide array of responsibilities, from gathering user insights to product planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
User-Centric Approach:
Develop a deep understanding of our business and product domain, leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
Craft a compelling product vision, strategy, and requirements documentation.
Conduct experiments and engage in user research to uncover valuable insights.
Product Leadership
Own and manage the product roadmap, making strategic trade-offs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with UI/UX, architecture, and technology teams for seamless product execution.
Effective Planning
Lead the product planning process, creating detailed requirements documents.
Maintain a prioritized backlog based on user value and aligned with our product strategy.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to ensure an exceptional user experience.
Product Development
Facilitate the development process, ensuring alignment with product goals.
Provide UX/UI approval for the product.
Monitor development progress, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
Successful Launches
Spearhead product launches in collaboration with stakeholders.
Identify and resolve potential blockers to ensure a successful launch.
Develop product documentation and user training materials.
Continuous Improvement
Work with internal and external teams to resolve product-level issues.
Innovate in tracking product success metrics.
Actively monitor performance trends and gather user feedback for product enhancements.
Team Development
Mentor and guide junior product management team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technology and product management.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5 years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, program management, or product marketing.
3 years of experience in product and/or experience management.
Strong written communication skills.
Strong business acumen.
Experience with Agile software development.
Proven ability to collaborate across a large organization.
Experience working closely with senior leadership.
Proficiency in translating data into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration or a similar advanced degree.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
Experience in the Financial Services industry.
Strong financial acumen.
Salary: $ 65,000.00 Per Year
