Western Regional Sales Manager

The West Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales of all products selling to customers located in the Western US Geography as defined by the company. This position is accountable to evaluate and determine viable customer opportunities, prepare and execute product programs, manage customer relationships and achieve sales objectives.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Sales to and management of Regional Distributors
• Assist in pricing and positioning of products to increase market share
• Develop, maintain, and leverage a network of key industry players
• Manages the complete product line within the assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenue
• Develop and execute strategic customer acquisition plans
• Sales to and management of Key Distributor Tony’s Fine Foods
• Sales to and management of Regional Retail Accounts
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses, using HUBSPOT.
• Develop and maintain accurate customer sales forecasts figures
• Develop and propose to management specific target customer promotional and trade spending plans
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and making recommendations to management.

Education And Experience Required

• Some existing relationships in the food industry
• Knowledge of food industry
• Minimum 5 years of sales and food industry experience
