The Role:VICE PRESIDENT, REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER


Performance Outcomes: What will you work towards completing in your first 6-12 months?


In the first 30 days you will:


  • Review and comprehend the utilization of our branded technology platform, including pricing, contracting tools, and customizable education modules.
  • Familiarize yourself with local market dynamics including clinical demand, nurse supply, employment models, competitive dynamics , and care settings.
  • Establish relationships with your team of account managers and nurse engagement managers.


In the first 12 months you will:


  • Develop and implement customer and nurse acquisition strategies in line with company goals.
  • Successfully meet the P&L goals of your region, by leading your team effectively, enhancing performance and driving productivity efficiencies.
  • Monitor and manage operational support costs andestablish strategic pricing in your assigned region.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to configure IntelyCare’s technology platform to optimize for specific regional commercial & operational requirements.


The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing regularly?


  • Collaborate with the Management Reporting/Analysis function to build andmonitor performance metrics.
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers focused on building long-term relationships with clients to expand marketshare and create strategic value.
  • Work closely with sales leaders to focus new client selling activities as needed for your region,
  • Engage with Marketing and Operations teams for service forecasting and procurement of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Create a localized “Land & Expand” strategy that results in a market leading position.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurse engagement managers focused on building long-term relationships with our nursing workforce that drives loyalty, quality, and a strong sense of pride.
  • Oversee the P&L of the assigned geographic region measuring approximately $100M in revenue understanding and adapting to the unique local market dynamics and the tradeoffs between sales & marketing and operational costs. Overall responsibility for revenue, growth, margin, and profitability.
  • Provide feedback and engage with Marketing and Product Development teams for planning new offering launches.


Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business , healthcare management, or related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics, including clinical demand, nurse supply, employment models, and care settings.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of management experience in healthcare staffing or a related industry, with a proven track record of successful P&L management.
  • Demonstrated experience with digital and technology-enabled platforms, including customization and configuration for specific needs.


What is the leadership structure within the team?


You will be joining our Revenue team and report into our Chief Revenue Officer.


Where is the role located?


This role will be based at our corporate office in Quincy, MA or in one of our major markets.
