Role Overview:
We are searching for a professional to manage and guide the field sales team in the prescribed geographical region and observer the sales team activities on a daily basis and their pipeline. Mentor and coach within your team to ensure the field sales team is fostering a culture of coaching and mentoring to drive accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical selling.
Delegate Field Application Engineer (FAE) activities on dealer/end-user training while coordinating with field team and other internal departments. Manage business growth in each Area Sales Manager (ASM) /Regional Sales Manager (RSM) /Architect & Engineer Manager (A&E). along with the National SI Account (NSI) team to meet quota monthly or job opportunities. Actively participate in revenue and market share growth of Hanwha Vision America security products in the prescribed geography region. Develop total product sales growth within the prescribed geography region. In charge and managing relationships with all top revenue-producing customers. Coordinate and communicate with other internal and external team members to ensure maximum growth, working closely and in relation with the Executive Vice President of Sales & Operations.
Key Role Responsibilities:
· Manage Multiple Regional and Area sales territories to achieve company quota each year
· Manage each salesperson and communicate daily to verify goals are achieved and strategy is in place
· Develop a business plan for the total area and each salesperson to focus on areas that are weak and must be improved upon. These items can include product knowledge, presentation skills, organization skills, sales closing, and follow-up
· Work on maximizing the profit of Hanwha Vision America and coordinate with all internal departments to create better efficiencies and automation
· Work on coordinating ongoing A&E and End User visits within all responsible territories
· Provide directions for FAE visits, coordinate training, troubleshoot, and follow up with all customers
· Provide marketing with the information required for the region to properly meet quota and goals
· Work with the Product team to input market data and product information
· Build and implement action plans to effectively and efficiently execute company strategy
· Develop key competencies as required to maximize success
· Participate in clear communication with RSM to ensure connectivity with business imperative
· Develop strategic clarity and a clear understanding of assigned roles, expectations, and performance
· Maintain extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets, and competition. Build and maintain aggressive account growth plans of top customers in assigned geography and execute those plans
· Execute internal business deliverables within the appropriate timeframe
· Provide strategic and market feedback to the business. Work directly with the Product Management (PM) team to provide competitive data on products and market input on what Hanwha Vision America requirements are in the present and future to build into the #1 video supplier in North America
· Filter all requests from the field sales group and present on a quarterly basis the key product suggestions to PM. Also, evaluate the overall company processes and recommend and monitor key department head areas where Hanwha Vision America can improve and automate
· Build and execute plans to support customer and market training needs. Manage and execute market strategic initiatives and programs
· Support and execute the account plans for National Accounts, Strategic Distributors, and all other Hanwha Vision America customers within the specified geography
Qualifications and Requirements:
· 5 – 10 years of Sales experience in a fast-paced, high-growth security industry
· Bachelor’s Degree (Four-year college and/or university) preferred
· Smart, entrepreneurial profile with strategic vision and a strong bias to execute
· Ability to recruit, train, and motivate top-tier sales and account executive talent
· Strong interpersonal written/verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills
· Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
· Proven analytical and problem-resolution skills
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
· Demonstrated track record of working in a rigorous, results-driven role that directly impacts the growth of the business
· A track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
· Aggressive self-starter with strong relationship management and negotiation skills
· Strong attention to detail and proactive and high-energy individual
· Willingness to travel 60%
Work Authorization:
The ideal candidate for this role will have authorization to work in the US prior to joining Hanwha Vision America. This role will not sponsor or offer assistance with the sponsorship for work authorization in the United States.
