External Wholesaler - Regional Vice President (RVP)
This opportunity will cover Washington DC, Maryland, and Delaware
This position is responsible for promoting the sale of shares of Amundi mutual funds and investment products within the Wealth Management, Independent and RIA Channels in support of the Amundi Distributor US Inc. annual sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Specialist to maximize territory sales efforts and attain sales goals;
- Create and Organize high level value-add meetings targeting new potential prospects and current clients.
- Actively create, grow and optimize long-term relationships with the financial advisor community inside of the referenced geography.
- Utilize, enter, and maintain data in contact management system to properly track all sales efforts;
- Design and implement a creative activity plan built to maximize brand awareness and drive new business in your territory.
- Be diligent and proactive with important capital market and product information as it comes available with current clients and potential prospects;
- Keep up to date with capital markets knowledge and craft messaging directed to attracting investors to Amundi product line;
- Collaborate with investment team to engage financial advisors on CPM meetings.
Experience
Required
-Candidates for this position must have a strong knowledge of the Mutual Fund Industry with at least 4 years of relevant external sales experience
-Frequent travel is required
-The qualified candidate will have strong sales, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
