Virtual Assistant - Remote

I am urgently searching for a reliable VA Assistant, My name is Bobby Collins and i am an American music manager, promoter, and record executive. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Perform market research
• Manage a contact list
• Address employees administrative queries
• Organize managers’ calendars
• Schedule meetings
• Create presentations, as assigned
• Provide customer service as first point of contact
• Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
• Book travel and accommodations
• Respond to emails and phone calls

Requirements and skills

• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
