Medical Assistant - Remote | Wfh

Patient Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a friendly and compassionate manner.
Patient Surveys: Assist in the completion of patient surveys to gather valuable feedback and improve our healthcare services.
Medication Compliance: Collaborate with patients to ensure they are compliant with their prescribed medications, fostering their well-being.
Data Management: Maintain electronic health record (EHR) data accuracy and update consultation notes as required.
Provider Support: Execute intervention recommendations from healthcare providers to enhance patient care outcomes.
Qualifications
Certification: Must hold a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) license.
Payer Knowledge: Proficiency in understanding third-party payer requirements to facilitate seamless billing and patient support.
EHR Familiarity: Comfort with electronic medical records systems for efficient data management.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accuracy.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Proficiency in problem-solving to address patient concerns effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear patient interactions.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to create a warm and supportive patient experience.
Work Arrangement
Location: Fully remote position, allowing flexibility in your work environment.
Employment Type: This is a contract role under 1099 status.
Hours: Full-time position with a flexible schedule, Monday to Friday.
Compensation
Pay: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $18.00 to $21.00.
