Show off your negotiation prowess! Regularly assess supplier performance and engage in some friendly price and delivery negotiations, all while taking our supplier relationships to the next level.
Teamwork makes the dream work. Collaborate with our fantastic internal team to identify and conquer any risks that pop up in the sourcing process.
Be the procurement pro you were born to be. Implement streamlined procurement policies and processes, complete with contracts that make supplier selection and management a breeze.

What You Bring
A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. And hey, if you've got an MBA under your belt, even better!
At least 7 years of sourcing management expertise, with a proven track record in strategy, negotiations, and supplier management.
Your industry savvy shines bright! Manufacturing and/or construction background? Check. A keen understanding of related supply chains and market trends? Double check.
You've got the analytical chops. Complex financial analyses, drafting contracts, and negotiating terms? It's all in your toolkit.
Words like RFI, RFQ, RFP, and bid analysis? Familiar territory.
