I'm exclusively partnered with a hyper-growth AdTech company transforming the multibillion $ programmatic healthcare advertising space!
The team is looking for an expert to lead the Global Customer Success team and build key strategic relationships with advertiser partners, maximizing adoption & engagement!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to improve overall partner experience
- Drive partner adoption by developing strategies to provide a streamlined onboarding experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide customer feedback and input on new product features and enhancements
- Manage and mentor Customer Success team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
- Drive upsell opportunities, increase retention, improve advertisers satisfaction and ensure their needs are fulfilled
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving upsell opportunities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- 5+ years of experience in customer success/account management leadership role
- Deep understanding of the AdTech industry, preferably of programmatic healthcare advertising landscape
- Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills
