This is a hybrid role. You will be on the leadership team. We're looking for a person who has experience driving employee engagement through communication. Understanding of the employer brand and how to amplify it externally. We need someone who has comfortably managed large teams with multiple direct reports in a matrix environment. Someone with an exceptional executive presence and experience supporting senior business leaders with their communications. The most suitable background, professionals working within service driven industries.
