Footsteps2Brilliance is an education technology company that has developed a suite of bilingual digital early literacy programs.We are seeking a strategic, technically-savvy VP of Client Success to lead a team and ensure client satisfaction and success. Responsibilities:
·Serving as the senior, implementation spokesperson for Footsteps2Brilliance regarding client success;
·Creating an organizational alignment that strengthens the collaboration between the Sales and Implementation Divisions to help close large, strategic accounts;
·Developing marketing and communication strategies for reaching high-level district personnel;
·Creating a white-glove service and support culture within Footsteps2Brilliance;
·Collaborating with the marketing team to highlight customer events and successes;
·Evaluating team member performance, which will include coaching, training, and mentoring;
·Creating systems, policies and procedures needed to anticipate the growth needs of our Implementation Division and recruiting services staff, including per diem staff, to meet existing and new business requirements;
·Developing implementation systems that utilize data driven models to ensure that our program is being used with fidelity and to ensure customer satisfaction;
·Strengthening our Community Outreach offerings to support our collective impact models;
·Identifying barriers to successful implementation and providing solutions to resolve challenges;
·Working with the CEO and COO in other capacities as issues arise, and travel when appropriate.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in education or related field; Masters degree preferred
·At least 10 year’s experience in client success or customer service in the education industry
·Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and developing client success strategies
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
·Systems thinker with the ability to understand technology platforms and their impact on client success
·Teaching experience in grades PreK-5th grade to have a deep understanding of the education landscape and challenges educators face
·Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
·Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
·Passion for literacy education and a commitment to ensuring the success of the program’s clients
