Job Description

MagniFind has partnered with an AI AdTech vendor in the search for their Vice President of Customer Success, based anywhere out of the East Coast, US.


The Company:


  • Young company with impressive customer portfolio.
  • Leading AI AdTech Solution.
  • Backed by VC's with a successful track record.


Key Qualifications:


  • 12+ years experience as a CS in AdTech.
  • 8+ years experience managing a CS team.
  • Must come from an Agency background early in your career.


Key Responsibility:


  • Manage a global team of Customer Success Reps.
  • Hands on role, and actively involved with the customer engagement process.
