Vice President, Client Delivery

Market Defense is the premier marketplace services agency for the beauty industry. We provide full service 3P account management, brand protection, logistics and performance marketing for brands selling through Amazon and other global marketplaces.

We are looking for a seasoned leader to head client delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional client delivery for all of our account teams and is the direct supervisor for the Growth Management Team. This is a senior leadership role that sits on the Leadership Team. The role reports to the COO.

To be successful in this role, candidates must be strong people leaders, have account management experience for an agency, have hands-on 3P account management experience and have some exposure to brand protection, Amazon FBA requirements and Amazon performance marketing. This is a virtual role. Our team is spread throughout North America, LATAM, Europe and Asia. We are open to a variety of backgrounds provided that the candidate has business level English proficiency, at least 8 years of relevant Amazon agency/3P experience and the availability to work during standard business hours within one of the four Continental U.S. time zones.
