We are seeking an experienced VP or Senior Director of Retail Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives for our products in the retail market, with a focus on major retailers such as Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Costco, Home Depot, Lowe's, and Sam's Club. ● Oversee the strategic placement, promotion, and pricing of our products within retail stores, optimizing their visibility and appeal.
● Provide mentorship and guidance to retail sales teams and in-store staff, ensuring a consistent focus on achieving sales objectives.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field.
● A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in senior-level retail sales roles, with a strong emphasis on major retailers such as Costco and Walmart.
● Proven track record of consistently driving sales growth and expanding market share within these retail environments.
