We are seeking an experienced VP or Senior Director of Retail Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives for our products in the retail market, with a focus on major retailers such as Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Costco, Home Depot, Lowe's, and Sam's Club. Your proven track record of successfully driving sales growth within these retailers and your ability to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders will be instrumental to our success.
Responsibilities:
● Lead the development and execution of comprehensive retail sales strategies for our products, concentrating on major retailers like Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Costco, Home Depot, Lowe's, and Sam's Club.
● Foster and nurture enduring relationships with critical stakeholders in these retail chains, including buyers, category managers, and decision-makers.
● Collaborate closely with internal teams to formulate impactful product launch plans, sales campaigns, and market penetration strategies.
● Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify strategic growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
● Oversee the strategic placement, promotion, and pricing of our products within retail stores, optimizing their visibility and appeal.
● Provide mentorship and guidance to retail sales teams and in-store staff, ensuring a consistent focus on achieving sales objectives.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field.
● A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in senior-level retail sales roles, with a strong emphasis on major retailers such as Costco and Walmart.
● Proven track record of consistently driving sales growth and expanding market share within these retail environments.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish and cultivate impactful relationships with key decision-makers.
● Profound analytical acumen, allowing you to dissect sales data and market dynamics to pinpoint avenues for strategic advancement.
