Job Title: Cofounder & Vice President of Sales
Location: United States (preferably based in a startup hub like California)
TechLadd is a start-up that provides AI as a service for various domains such as healthcare, education, finance, and e-commerce. We leverage cutting-edge technologies such as natural language processing, computer vision, deep learning, and cloud computing to create scalable and robust AI solutions that can solve real-world problems.
As the Vice President of Sales at TechLadd, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding the customer base. You will lead a high-performing sales team, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. This is a key leadership role that requires a proven track record in sales, deep industry knowledge, and strong business acumen.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and aligning solutions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Identify new market opportunities, target segments, and potential partnerships to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
Provide sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to the executive team.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to guide sales strategies.
Represent TechLadd at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Vice President of Sales, Sales Director, or in a senior sales leadership role within the technology or AI industry.
Deep understanding of AI services, technologies, and applications.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
