Manage WTA Ads specifications to all tournaments for their programs, coordinating WTA side with Creative team for final production

UNO, CES tournament education, on-boarding, troubleshooting

A. Participate in weekly staff meetings, providing onsite player feedback and delivery key education topics and resources

Knowledge of supervising children in an educational or recreational setting.

Must have knowledge of the sport of soccer or the desire to learn the sport.

Experience working with children is preferred.

Officiates soccer games as assigned and enforces the rules of play.

Communicates with coaches, players and sponsors, and helps maintain order.

Maintains accurate time sheets and submits them to a designated supervisor in a timely manner.

Robotics FIRST LEGO League Jr.

TERM: February – April (may be pro-rated)

2-3 years of experience in operations and/or sales within sports; experience with golf event operations preferred

Develop and manage RFP process for both local and national vendors

Develop and manage tournament fencing plan

Develop and manage tournament restroom and restroom trailer plan

Bachelor’s degree in business, sports management or related field (or a minimum of 4 years’ equivalent experience)

Responsible for scheduling, all aspects of travel arrangements and other logistical requirements associated with students and coaches participating in tournaments.

Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to interact with a variety of audiences

Knowledge of junior Tennis and junior tennis tournaments

Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business, Sports Management, Communications or related or equivalent experience required.

Able to safely operate a utility vehicle such as, but not limited to, golf carts, utility carts, and shuttle carts.

Serve on assigned TOUR rules committee under specific conditions and pre-planning.

Serve as liaison with players and other tournament constituents.

Coordinate competitions staff, host organization, tournament and pro-am field sponsor exemptions.

Conduct open qualifying, qualifying tournament stages and assist with determining official starting times each day.
