Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to help our company find and retain excellent team members. You will be responsible for discovering talent, building a strong employment brand and ensuring a great experience for candidates and team members. To excel as Director of Talent Acquisition, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions.
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition strategy that highlights Tricoci as a “Best in Class Employer.”
  • Share insights and collaborate with educational teams about employee retention and development.
  • Monitor job boards and job postings focusing on ROI for sponsored jobs.
  • Create standard operating procedures for talent acquisition team including but not limited to; interview guides, passive candidate outreach processes, and candidate requisition forms.
  • Organize and/or attend recruiting events as needed.
  • Create standard salary/hourly benchmarking process for organizational roles.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Create and report standard recruiting KPI’s including but not limited to; time to fill, time to hire, source of hire, applicants/role, and cost/hire.
  • Create employer branded social media accounts.
  • Manage ATS (Applicant Tracking Software) including candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Manage, develop, and support the talent acquisition team.
  • Collaborate with marketing on visually engaging content and collateral that follows Tricoci Brand Standards.
  • Monitor employment trends to keep Tricoci at the forefront for employment branding and recruiting.
  • Partner with operations and finance to determine current staffing needs based on budgets, attrition and pipeline while producing attainable forecasts.
  • Review current team member referral programs and incentives, modify based on employment trends.
  • Source and find candidates for open positions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create strategies that are impactful for various departments.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.


Required Skills/Background:


  • Proficient with creating KPI’s.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management with proven experience as a Director of Talent Acquisition.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
  • A leader and strategic thinker.
  • Well-organized.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
