About The Team
This role is eligible for remote work in limited geographies within the U.S. and can also be based out of select office locations including Lake Mary, FL; Westlake, TX; Denver, CO; or Chicago, IL, with in-office work capabilities at least 3 days per week. At Robinhood, we want to create an unforgettably positive experience for every candidate, no matter the interview outcome. We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with our recruiters and hiring leaders to build these experiences, help implement recruiting processes, and drive operational efficiencies.
What You’ll Do Day-to-day
  • Learn the ins-and-outs of Robinhood and take on more complex responsibilities over time
  • Evaluate and manage interview scheduling processes to make judicious decisions based on efficiency & sensibility
  • Build out internal administrative tools to make sure the recruiting process is seamless for interviewers and candidates alike
  • Track candidate progress from initial contact through offer and supplement candidate communication in partnership with your recruiting partners
  • Partner with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring partners to design and schedule interviews - communicate quickly and efficiently cross-functionally on time-sensitive matters
  • Own and juggle multiple schedules and miscellaneous projects as a member of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Make candidates feel welcomed and ensure virtual interviews run smoothly
About You
  • Incredibly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Creative and process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently, and you bring creative solutions to problems as a key Talent Acquisition partner
  • 12+ months of work experience, preferably in a recruiting coordination, HR assistant, or administrative role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Familiarity with scheduling interviews through GoodTime
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
