Sr. Project Manager - Creative Agency

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Creative Operations/Project Manager to join our team.

We're looking for someone to jump in, take lead of ongoing projects including campaign work, identity work and social while contributing to the evolution of our project management process for our growing team. More specifically, we have a few global clients with cross-functional, multi-media projects (ranging from strategy to concept to digital, social, video and broadcast production) and we need this leader to be the key communications linchpin in all of our operations - keep the projects moving, the creatives focused on their work, and our deliverables delivering on time and under budget.

Ultimately, help guide us to deliver world-class work.

Responsibilities include:

• Continue to refine our workflow process
• Being client-facing, and tracking incoming requests, feedback and delivery needs
• Enforcing said timelines, and creating internal checkpoints for our global team to connect and move the work forward.
• Ensuring our people are deeply connected and have clear understandings of what's needs to happen next
• BIG bonus if you have some resource management forecasting experience
• Creating project plans, timelines and work back schedules
• Bonus if you have experience in Notion (we also run on G Suite, Figma and Slack)

• You can anticipate needs, and also be flexible and accommodating.
