Clutch is looking for an Operations Manager for a contracted position with a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Accounting team to prepare and submit invoices to clients.
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payment.
• Input project budget and expense data as directed by the Client Partnership team.
• Monitor and report compliance with Productive to maintain real-time and accurate data, analytics, and time tracking.
• Empower teams to effectively leverage the tool under high-level supervision.
• Manage the monthly billing cycle with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Client Partnership, VP Amplification, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate billing information and invoice approvals.
• Ensure efficient utilization of all modules.
• Perform administrative tasks related to Productive as required.

Required skills:

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in billing and accounts receivable management is desirable.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various teams.
• Strong knowledge of productivity tools and systems, preferably including experience with Productive.
• Proficient in financial management and reporting.
• Proven experience in operations management or a related role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
