We are seeking a talented and motivated Agency Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

$30 an hour

Primary supervisor for the entire company, daily operations, coordinates management tasks and develops plans to achieve its overall vision emphasized in Business Development and Recruitment.

Works with clients to learn what qualifications they seek and how the agency's candidates can fill those vacancies.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• 4+ years experience in the event industry.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc) and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• A creative mindset and a passion for events.
