We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Director with a strong background in the construction of Utility Scale Solar Projects to lead and manage our clients' expanding Renewable Energy Portfolio, with a primary focus on a significant new project in Nevada.

Role Overview: As the Project Director, you will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for overseeing the successful execution of our Utility Scale Solar Project in Nevada. This role demands an individual with a track record of excellence in solar project construction and exceptional leadership and project management skills. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of clean energy and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress and financial performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.
• Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Utility Scale Solar Project in Nevada, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee all aspects of project management, from budgeting and scheduling to risk assessment and quality control, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.
• Lead the project team, including project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Provide expert guidance and direction on solar project construction best practices, safety standards, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of at least 10 years in successfully managing Utility Scale Solar Projects, with a focus on construction.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a history of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.·
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
• In-depth knowledge of solar project construction, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Experience with renewable energy projects and a commitment to sustainability.
