Sr. Development Manager - Solar

This company focuses on the development and operation of solar projects all over the world (US, UK, Europe, and Australia!). Today, their solar farms generate more than 150,000 MWh of clean energy and they have a large pipeline of active projects on top of that.

About the Role:

This is a Sr. Development Manager position (fully remote) where you would be responsible for managing the scope of planning, source and scope of sites, participating in planning meetings, risk management, and budget management. It will be pre-NTP work and then hand-off to operations at NTP. You will be working on brown and greenfield projects, as well as ground up development and M&A work (roughly 3-4 projects at a time). Travel no more than 10%

Qualifications:

• Utility scale solar project experience (any DG experience is a nice to have)
• Ability to come into their Maine office occasionally
• Site origination experience
• 2+ years of solar development experience
• PJM market knowledge
