Compensation: $100-120K + Variable Bonus (target of 50%)

Provide accurate and accountable work estimates and manage project budgets.

Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design

Create cross-channel visual communication strategies (digital, print, and motion)

Participate in strategic and tactical meetings to identify and understand the client’s needs, goals and challenges.

Work closely with creative team to brainstorm and present ideas that communicate complex medical concepts in a visually engaging manner.

Knowledge of construction industry/processes - contracts, ordering materials, project scheduling/budgeting, cost tracking, design review, etc...

Capability to work with clients and manage field personnel

Work remote. Travel to office and client site as needed.

Flat organization - ability to work directly with the owner of the company

Evaluate and communicate the need for change orders with the Project Director and Operations Management.

Communicate travel progress and ETA with management.

Assist management in inspecting potential losses and developing a scope of service.

2+ Years Industry Experience (Commercial or combination Commercial/Residential).

Program and Project Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage programs and projects, ensuring successful execution and achieving desired outcomes.

This full-time employee role will be compensated for $80,000-100,000/year depending on experience.

Solicit partner feedback for collaborative design and refinement of products and training.

Single point of contact for agency partners on day-to-day business management issues and maintaining a healthy partnership

Collaborate with internal partners, such as Sourcing, legal, finance and compliance as needed to execute agency engagement strategy.

Understand Agency Operations: Manage and track agency reports: i.e., FTE / FEE cadence, aging reports, cash flow, AVB’s, etc.

Manage our team’s budget and open team PO’s

Track, accrue, forecast, and interface with Finance team.

Ensures project operations are executed in accordance with company project management procedures and policies

Plans, directs and is accountable for the achievement of project revenue and profit objectives and effective management of overhead costs

Facilitates and ensures the continuous and effective execution of the performance management process for project employees

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field

Oversees preconstruction and construction progress and team performance to ensure conformance with schedule, budget and contractual requirements

Identifies and manages risk on the project, and advises and confers with regional executive prior to implementing risk mitigation actions

Communicate regularly with project team, clients, and Account Project Management team

Escalate issues to clients and Account Project Management team

At least 2-3 years of experience as an Account or Project Manager for a Digital Agency

$40-50 per hour depending on experience and skill level

Manage the relationships with clients, including budgets and expectations
