Creative Operations / Creative Resource Manager / Creative Engagement Manager

Our well-known e-commerce client is looking for a Creative Operations Manger / Creative Resource Manager to help build their in-house creative team supporting products and services. As a Creative Operations Manager you will be responsible for combining your knowledge about our work, clients, business, goals, as well as our team, to maintain and improve our resource management processes while building out a dynamic, ever-growing team for our organization. This role will operate remotely, but candidates must be based in the United States.

• Duration: Ongoing Contract, potential to convert to permanent
• Hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Head of Operations to set processes for managing weekly routine of resourcing activities, including: gathering inputs from a variety of sources, gaining approvals as needed, and monitoring any resourcing changes
• Manage resource management tools and internal automated systems
• Work with the Head of Operations to support Department Leads, Finance, Technology and Human Resources to manage the process from initial need identification to placement to tracking and reporting on billing, allocations, and usage
• Develop strong relationships across the organization to understand each group’s skillsets, objectives, and the current workload for all talent
• Help onboard new staff and freelance hires: getting laptops and pin codes out, updating spreadsheets

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of Experience in a Creative Operations, Creative Resource Management or Creative Engagement Manager role
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
• Resume that highlights experience in facilitating creative processes and resources
• Proven experience in recommendation and implementation of new processes, and ability to proactively drive forward solutions within a creative team
• An attitude that is proactive, analytical, and organized
• Monitor what is going on in each department to prepare for any upcoming needs
• Agency experience preferred but open to large brand experience where you've worked within a creative / marketing department.
• A clear understanding of management processes regarding resource and talent needs across the agency
• Work as a team player; bringing comfort working with people in all levels of the organization
