NYC based Experiential Marketing Agency is seeking the perfect fit for our team. The Opportunity
The Creative Director, Content will set the tone in elevating the overall creative vision of all content solutions within the agency. The ideal Creative Director candidate will have extensive experience in creative strategy, experiential content creation, social media content strategy, video production, and a high level of creativity and the ability to take projects from ideation to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials
- Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into refined, elegant creative content solutions.
- Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under them.
- Ensure that all of the organization’s or client’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
- Oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational use
- Delegate projects to in-house designers and oversee storyboards
- Work with entire team on a creative audit to elevate innovation and establish a unified brand understanding and company voice
- Develop content creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team
- Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills in order to lead and inspire, hire, develop, and oversee their creative team.
- Pitch ideas confidently and present their creative vision clearly to clients, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of their creative team.
- Obtain team approval of final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations; encourage members to provide feedback; and respond to internal commentary and requests
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio of work
- Strong presentation skills to pitch clients
- 7+ years experience in video production or content strategy a plus
- Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives
- Ideal candidates located in LA, NY or Miami
- 5-8 years experience in a leadership position within a creative or marketing agency
Compensation
- Salary range: $125K-$150K + benefits, based on experience
- Healthcare/dental insurance after 90 days of employment
