The Growth Operations Leader supports the revenue growth of Bright Horizon’s commercial businesses across its Center and Family Solutions service lines. This role will work to enhance and unify The Company’s overall processes, data and tools, including CRM, client and sales team feedback loops, and project management. In conjunction with HR, Finance and IT, the Growth Operations leader acts as a cross functional leader, facilitator and strategic enabler working with key contacts across all functional areas. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth for the company while also assessing the current growth organization by setting priorities and goals, inspiring, driving teams to meet objectives and measuring results.
What you will do:
This role triangulates the needs of the client and prospect, the Bright Horizons internal stakeholders and the growth team to document processes and continuously improve upon them to accelerate growth. · Using data, this role identifies strengths to scale and weaknesses to address utilizing business acumen and change management to get things done. · Leads a small, agile team and influences many without formal authority.
· Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and reporting approaches allowing for others to be accountable.
· Works closely with Growth leadership to understand the hypothesis of why we win and lose
and works to prioritize initiatives based on the projections of realized revenue.
· Ensures sales and marketing reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the
business. Continuously improves dashboards and reports.
· Works to simplify the agenda to allow for clarity of priorities, effective communication and
continuous growth operations improvement.
· Appraise, support and optimize systems, tools, processes, and growth workforce needs to push the overall strategy forward resulting in improved customer experience, internal
efficiencies, and team performance.
· Develop Growth Review framework, including forecasts, KPIs, goals and corresponding initiatives based on overall strategy, market conditions, and operational capabilities.

- Required 10+ years of experience and Additional advanced certifications in Salesforce administration and development.
