Scope of We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Senior Director, Growth & Sales to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies. The responsibilities of this senior director position will include owning and executing brokerage relationships and sales strategies in aligning our product with client needs. You will play a key role in optimizing the sales strategy, deal execution, and will own the business development and relationship management.
To be successful as a Senior Director of Sales & Growth, you should be persuasive and have strong business acumen. Ideally you will have experience in real estate technology sales, property management platforms, and have in-depth knowledge across SaaS technology. Working to identify, cultivate, structure and close large enterprise deals with brokerages, you will play a significant role in achieving growth/sales goals and revenue targets. The position will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will play a key role in continuing to expand our presence in North America.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Grow the Rechat brand within the Real Estate and PropTech industry through representation at industry trade events and broader networking functions.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Leverage existing connections to build and cultivate a deep and trusted network of influential decision makers within key targeted sub-verticals including real estate technology sales and growth strategies
- Work with the CEO and sales team to identify, develop, structure and close complex partnership deals that deliver enduring value to the business.
- Other duties may be assigned
- Outreach directly into prospective agents that fit our ideal persona via cold calls, email, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, and other methods
- Provide growth strategy for current partners (customers) for new sales opportunities regarding our services or products
- Drive engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Identify and engage prospective brokerages, gaining an understanding of their current circumstance and future needs, while educating them about Rechat’s tech, platform and unique value proposition.
- Maintain partner and prospect information in HubSpot CRM, ensuring all deal’s, company and contact records are up to date and accurate.
- Document all activities within our CRM, maintaining excellent and accurate data management
- Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management
- Deliver presentations and product demos for prospective clients.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and execution during all stages of the sales process including marketing, product design, sales roadmap and strategic discussions.
- Articulate our value prop and objection handle to create qualified opportunities in our targeted markets.

- Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling SaaS to Real Estate audiences, as well as solution selling to VP and C-level executives
- Detail-oriented and persuasive.
- High level of understanding of the market (Real Estate)
- Ability to work independently and ensure success while working in a remote environment.
- Proven ability to articulate the value and business impact through analytics and KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong track record of success; meeting or exceeding performance targets
- You can meet quota each quarter by bringing on a number of agent teams, as well as exceeding gross revenue objectives.
- This is a quota carrying role. You will be provided with predefined sales/growth goals quarterly, in which you will earn commission on as deals are closed.
- This role is a base + commission role. This role can expect a sizable OTE based on acquisition of agent teams and exceeding revenue targets.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) Business, Marketing, or Management, or related field; preferred.
- 7+ years experience in selling leading-edge technology services and software products; including a history of strong performance (Customer Success, Direct Sales, Account Management);required.
