Job Description

The operation assistant reports to the operation manager and ensure a smooth operational environment and optimal output performance. This position requires to identify operational risks and opportunities and provide solutions with coordinating with different departments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist all related assigned tasks for operation from the production line to communicating with customers
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
  • Work closely with the operation manager to oversee daily business operations
  • Get data from different source and generate regular and ad-hoc reports

Qualifications for Operations Assistant

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • An eye for attention to details
  • Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information.
  • Fluent in Chinese Mandarin or Vietnamese is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and troubleshooting ability
