We currently have agents located in multiple states but we are looking to expand even more with the help of a new Regional Director. Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment efforts in designated area and develop retention strategies
• Responsible for overseeing organizational operations, training, and recruiting agents, and ensuring that we meet our company goals in designated areas.
• Enable strategic growth vision to the team, identify tactics to execute effectively and quickly in changing circumstances
• Drive real estate-specific engagements and systems as part of a growth strategy
