We’re looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our Enterprise Learning Delivery team and support the process for developing people leaders and individual contributors.


The ideal candidate has a passion for operational excellence, proactive problem solving, and working on multiple projects simultaneously. The best candidates will have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills and embraces collaborative problem-solving approaches. They will have a passion for streamlining processes, executing detailed plans, leveraging technologies, and communicating with multiple stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be experienced with working directly to develop project plans and communications to a broad audience.


Primary Responsibilities
  • On an ad-hoc basis, acts as a ‘Producer’ of virtual instructor-led training sessions (supporting the facilitators during webex sessions); manages the training events; drives the technology aspects of virtual training; light facilitation responsibilities including managing breakout discussions, debriefing polls
  • Special Projects – Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Partners with Delivery, Design and Operations team to schedule courses, ensure readiness for sessions, and execute post-course follow ups as needed
  • Partner closely with Design and Operations team on the planning, implementation, and monitoring of new learning and development projects from initiation to closure. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Support delivery, implementation, measurement and communication of all Enterprise Learning content
  • Supports fulfillment (shipping/receiving, printing of leadership development materials); responsible for analyzing cost impacts of fulfillment and adjusting printing and ordering plans to optimize spending.
  • Partners with Budgeting Lead to ensure program materials are stocked and invoices paid
  • Ensure program implementation and execution for all courses across various training modalities for the Enterprise Learning Delivery team
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather project requirements, align expectations, and establish effective communication channels, as needed, and in partnership with Facilitators and Design team.
  • May include such responsibilities as: reporting, scheduling, driving enrollment, monitoring attendance and other adjacent tasks and priorities
  • Partners with LMS Lead to ensure scheduling and effective user experience (per system notifications, etc)
  • This may include site-specific planning, such as catering and room reservations, and partnering with external vendors.
  • Analyzes audiences to determine the appropriate scheduling levels and provides reporting on standard course effectiveness measurements/ analytics
  • Acts as Logistics Lead for all of Enterprise Learning, across all programs, as needed.


Requirements


  • Learning professional – 4+ years of learning and development experience
  • Focus on planning and detail orientation.
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • Focus on understanding new things and find ways to improve process.
  • Bias towards action and able to thrive in a constantly changing work environment. Requires a blend of organized and flexible.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Focus on the “customer experience”, whether that’s your learners, partners, or teammates.
  • Technically capable – confident with Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and other delivery software.
  • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.


ADDITIONAL SKILLS:


  • Knowledge and experience utilizing a Learning Management System a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with instructional authoring tools a plus
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design and training methodology a plus


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-4 years experience in Learning and Development, HR, or other training team

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.


Our Base Pay Range for this position


$101,700 - $169,500
