Salary Range: $63,736.89 - $94,300.70 (salary offered will vary and be dependent upon zip code of candidate hired)

We are seeking a Project Analyst to join our Provider Employees (PVE) team to assist with project planning, data analytics, and process improvement.

Summary:
The Project Analyst oversees the operational workflow and ensures compliance with policy and procedures by conducting audits and communicating findings to appropriate VA Operations personnel. The project analyst is responsible for creating and running reports, gathering pertinent data, and providing an analysis of the data to the project management team and other internal and external VA Services clients. The Project Analyst manages the distribution and analysis of data for various internal and external clients across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Training Team if operational issues are identified through analysis.
- Compile and extract data from various sources to present to internal and external clients.
- Create, analyze, and distribute various operational reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure validity by investigating all data and reports obtained. Research outliers and initiate corrective action to address the issue. Continue follow-up and escalation until resolved.
- Provide general support with complex tasks including report enhancements /modifications and coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Perform regular audits to ensure that operational workflow is being followed according to policy and procedure and provide feedback.
- Provide technical expertise in user acceptance testing (UAT) in support of technology systems/changes.
- Communicate analysis results and supporting data to the Program Management Team.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Manage physical and electronic filing system for all reports, documentation, and official client communication.

- Ability and flexibility to meet deadlines and client expectations.

- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and Tableau.
- Ability to handle complex projects cross organizationally
Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)
- Experience with project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, etc.), preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, preferred
- Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
- Strong experience utilizing technology in healthcare operations is a plus
- 3+ years' of project management or process improvement experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience
