As a Senior Talent Management Specialist, you will design and implement talent management strategies and programs to support our organization's goals. Expertise in talent development, performance management, succession planning, and engagement will contribute to the long-term success of our workforce. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and strategic HR professional to make a significant impact on our talent management practices.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work closely with the Manager of Talent Development and Director of Diversity to develop, implement and measure talent initiatives.
- Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of talent management initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Develop and execute talent strategies to retain and increase retention such as employee training, succession planning, engagement survey,s and culture initiatives.
- Lead succession planning efforts, working closely with leadership to identify high-potential employees and develop plans for their career progression.
- Design and implement performance management programs, including goal-setting, feedback, and coaching initiatives.
- Analyze talent metrics and data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent management, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance our programs.
- Identify organizational training and development needs and create tailored programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Qualification:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience in talent management, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective talent management strategies and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and talent management software.
