Overview A Talent Management Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent within an organization. They are responsible for creating and managing programs that help to identify, assess, and develop the skills of current and potential employees. Detailed Job Description The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent within an organization. This includes creating and managing programs that help to identify, assess, and develop the skills of current and potential employees. The Talent Management Specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing training and development programs, as well as providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of talent management principles and practices
• Ability to develop and implement talent management strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR systems and processes
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in talent management
• Professional certification in talent management (e.g. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of talent management principles and practices
• Knowledge of HR systems and processes
• Knowledge of employee development and training
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in talent management
• Experience in developing and implementing talent management strategies
• Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs
• Experience in providing guidance and support to managers and employees
