Overview The Coordinator – Talent Management is responsible for providing support to the Talent Management team in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all Talent Management processes are followed and that the team is kept up to date on the latest trends and best practices. Detailed Job DescriptionThe Coordinator – Talent Management will be responsible for the following:
• Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process by providing orientation materials, scheduling onboarding meetings, and ensuring that new hires have the necessary resources to be successful.
• Performance Management: Assist in the performance management process by providing feedback and coaching to employees, tracking performance goals, and providing guidance on how to improve performance.
• Employee Relations: Assist in the employee relations process by responding to employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on how to improve the workplace environment.
• Training and Development: Assist in the training and development process by providing resources and guidance on how to improve employee skills and knowledge.
• Reporting: Assist in the reporting process by creating reports on employee performance, engagement, and other metrics.
Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a Talent Management role
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of performance management and employee relations processes
• Knowledge of training and development processes
• Knowledge of reporting and analytics
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in a Talent Management role
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
Job Responsibilities
