Ford Model E is responsible for developing the key technologies and capabilities – such as EV platforms, batteries, e-motors, inverters, charging and recycling – to create ground-up breakthrough electric vehicles. By supporting the best software, engineering, design and UX talent, you will be a part of creating new technologies and concepts that can be applied across the Ford enterprise. Supporting the Ford Model E team means building the future as Ford’s center of innovation and growth through electric and connected vehicles and services.


As part of our Human Resources team, you’ll help us attract, hire and retain the top talent we need to achieve our bold vision. You’ll play a vital role in defining, developing and maintaining the winning culture that empowers diverse individuals to work together and create the impossible. We’re seeking change leaders, talent strategists, employee advocates and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best.


In this position...


  • Work alongside our director with headcount planning, capacity planning, and budgeting
  • Own the Jira ATS interaction and Oracle integration for the recruiting team to provide an amazing experience for our hiring managers, candidates and recruiters
  • Serve as our subject matter expert on all processes within the recruiting team
  • Monitor choke points and process constraints to identify process and operational efficiency to ensure optimized throughput
  • Build relationships across the organization to ensure reporting needs are met and the data is understood
  • Build robust dashboards and reports to help the team operate effectively at scale
  • Ensure that all logistics relative to scheduling, offer letters, candidate communications, etc., are efficient and provide a remarkable candidate experience
  • Manage vendor relationships, serving as the primary contact and administrator on current tools, while also researching new tools for the team to use
  • In partnership with our leadership team, develop and scale onboarding and training programs for the recruiting team, hiring managers, and interviewers


You'll have...


  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong experience using Oracle, Jira, Greenhouse or similar ATS.
  • Experience with end-to-end project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives and timelines

  • Experience documenting processes, creating standard operating procedures, and trainings
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
