Job Description
Manage and implement the full Talent Acquisition (TA) life cycle process including policy/process/procedures. Lead research and analysis to make recommendations to senior management. Identify top talent for strategic opportunities. Contribute to a developing and growing TA team.


Build credible, consultative relationships with client and HRBPs to establish TA plans and execute by delivering high quality candidates.


Source, qualify, interview, and recommend placement of candidates using external passive and active sources, such as Internet mining, social networking, targeted research, memberships and affiliations, stimulating employee referrals, and other methods to build a talent network for current and future organizational needs.


Drive partnership and provides high-level advice and coaching to recruiters and hiring managers.


Provide day-to-day leadership and makes decisions using fiscal responsibility acting as TA SME for one or more of the following: team leadership, resources, general escalations, budget, compliance, affirmative action, programs, processes, metrics, programs, and systems.


Remain current on TA industry, VSP Vision’s business, and market conditions.


Develop and execute unique strategies and relationships to better understand business changes, hiring needs, and market climate.


Ensure TA policies and practices are compliant, and consistent, and support the business goals and objectives.


Maintain competitive compensation and benefits data gained from candidate sourcing and current job market trends. Apply critical thinking and analysis to ensure internal equity and attraction of high-performing employees needs are met.


Job Specifications


Typically Has The Following Skills Or Abilities


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience


4+ years in high-volume TA environment (20+ openings individually) in multiple locations for multiple clients.


Must have extensive sourcing experience/knowledge with proven highly successful results


Must have experience in all aspects of Doctor/Physician, Optometrist or Dentist recruitment/sourcing


In-depth TA expertise and skills in one or more areas to troubleshoot and resolve complex TA-related situations, share best practices and lead updates to policies, procedures, and processes.


Proven experience consulting high-level key stakeholders and coaching TA team members.


Excellent planning, organization, negotiation, and follow-up skills.


Knowledge of Human Resources general practices and principles


Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Proven ability to learn quickly and drive business processes


Ability to use independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties


Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
