Job Description

Symbioshare, LLC is looking for a passionate, innovative and driven Talent Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of a wide spectrum of talent management and development processes and programs such as employee onboarding, career development practices and tools, and talent and learning programs.

Responsibilities


  • Execute and measure the effectiveness of Talent Management programs
  • Proactively support and engage business leaders and HR partners on Talent Management and Development initiatives
  • Conduct research and produce meaningful insights and reporting to support Talent Management programs, including Global Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Development, and Learning and Development
  • Support Talent programs and initiatives by designing project plans, target dates for deliverables, tracking and communicating progress, facilitating meetings with internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of timelines.

Experience We Are Looking For


  • Excellent project/program management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, problem-solve and multi-task.
  • Assess and evolve processes and tools to enable and measure talent processes.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Create, evaluate, and report on appropriate talent metrics; identify key insights to inform future action planning.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time-sensitive matters while staying organized to simultaneously manage and track multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working within a virtual global team and diverse cultures.
  • Communicate in a clear, concise, and effective manner.
  • Fluency working with enabling HR systems such as Workday, web portals and other digital communication channels.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Talent Management & Development within a global organization
