As the Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and identifying potential candidates to onboarding new employees. You will also be asked to develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition process for teams across our organization aligned with the company's goals and culture, while continuously assessing and improving the recruitment processes to attract diverse, top-tier candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand the company's talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

About the Role:
- Develop a standardized recruitment process across organization for all teams
- Create job posts and manage job board sites
- Implement drip campaigns using Gem (or equivalent) to identify and engage recruits from job board sites
- Report process metrics to leadership
- Conduct screenings and determine advancement of candidates
- Develop job-skill development plans
- Develop a payroll process design strategy
- Collaborate with leadership on job specs and requirements
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods, candidate sourcing techniques, and interviewing best practices.
- Previous experience managing a team of recruiters or talent acquisition specialists.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience 5+ years as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful candidate placements and process design
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices related to talent acquisition.
- Experience in talent acquisition within the GovTech industry or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000
