Odyssey Entertainment Group is looking for a Talent Management Assistant to grow their team. Applicant is preferably located in Nashville but is not mandatory since the role will be remote. This individual will be assisting in the business of managing, negotiating and securing brand partnerships for a number of exclusive Influencers as well as growing Odyssey Entertainment Group's agencies and brand relationships.The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for the Co-Founders as well as in support of the talent. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with onboarding new talent
- Sending out pitches to brands on behalf of talent
- Handle responding to inbound campaign inquiries
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Research assistance for Talent projects
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Support on Admin work including updating internal systems and documents
- Calendar management for executives & talent
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
