The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to the organization’s leadership team, as well as managing the day-to-day HR operations.Detailed Job Description:
The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization’s overall business objectives. This includes developing and executing HR initiatives that support the organization’s strategic goals, as well as providing guidance and support to the organization’s leadership team. The Senior HR Business Partner is also responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.What is Senior Hr Business Partner Skills Required?

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
