Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Junior Business Partner


Location: NY, New York/Hybrid (3 days from Office)

Responsibilities:

  • Works collaboratively with the hiring manager in assigned client areas to develop and implement effective, comprehensive, and multi-layered staffing strategies including an applicant tacking system, networking, industry-specific sourcing, and traditional recruitment methods.
  • Manages candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Understands our business and the requirements and credentials required for open positions and can effectively communicate them to candidates.
  • Serves as an ambassador of the Firm when interacting with candidates.
  • Ensures job descriptions and position requirements are aligned with business objectives.
  • Partners with the hiring manager to assess staffing needs; ensures the hiring manager is familiar with the recruitment process and provides him/her with ongoing updates.
  • Directly sources candidates, screens résumés, interviews candidates (via telephone and in person), schedules candidates and gathers feedback.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiting and using multiple applicant tracking systems; Oracle Recruiting preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of recruiting/sourcing experience with a demonstrated ability to source, network and build talent pipelines.
  • BS/BA degree required.
  • Front office financial services experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Excellent interview, assessment, and selection skills


Salary: $80,000 - $100,000


The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $100,000. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis considering a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
