Senior Compensation Business Partner Jobs

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of compensation experience or equity compensation experience

Excel, PowerBI, modeling, data reporting and analysis skills.

Demonstrated experience in collaborating for results, listening to understand and evaluating business needs.

7+ years of relevant experience in compensation and data analysis.

Experience designing and building compensation programs, job architecture, pay models and benchmarking approaches.

Extensive use and knowledge of compensation data sources relevant to the high-tech industry.

Excellent judgment and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly take insights from complex data sets.

Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight deadlines and high client expectations.

Deep knowledge and experience with Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., if/then statements, VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, formulas)

Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., HRIS, Recruiting, Payroll, Legal, Finance) to implement improvements related to Compensation and cross-functional processes

Implement and maintain compensation resources and tools that drive transparency, self-service, and a first-class experience for our leaders, employees, and partners.

6+ years of broad-based Compensation experience; Technology or Fin-Tech industry experience preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with influencing and guiding senior leadership

Strong planning and organizational skills

7+ years of IT leadership / management experience

Support Business Partner Management leadership in developing and implementing the BP team objectives and strategy; own and drive execution

Collaborate closely with the PMO Governance to constantly improve the Business Case intake and management process

Digital Product Management / Ownership

Be the voice of the business partners. Ensure the business’s experience with IT is excellent

Own and manage portfolio of IT-enabled business projects, with support from the PMO

Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain financial data to non-finance leaders

Are adaptable and manage competing responsibilities and deadlines in a timely manner

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance

Own the headcount and benefits financial models in Anaplan to forecast ( quarterly, annual and long-range) headcount and employment expenses

Analyze our financial data and utilize business knowledge and compensation expertise to perform root cause analysis and determine creative solutions

Prior experience in owning and modeling headcount and compensation forecasts

Manage global budget for department and partner with Finance and leader to track and analyze and participate in annual planning cycles

Manage and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. vendors, executive candidates, political figures, media representatives, celebrities and influencers)

Strong partnership and collaboration with internal/external comms, talent partners, finance, legal and recruiting for org effectiveness

10+ years of relevant experience supporting senior level executives in an administrative capacity

Previous experience in high growth environment strongly preferred

Advanced presentation skills (Google Docs, Keynote, Excel) and grasp of current social networking systems

Strong negotiations skills and contractual knowledge to review, lead and manage procurement contracts

Between 3-5 years’ experience as a hands-on buyer for a global tech company

Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best possible terms while maintaining a good relationship with them

Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and monitor vendors’ performance

Conduct sourcing projects and provide category intelligence and benchmarks

Review purchase orders to ensure that they are accurate and complete

Strong negotiations skills and contractual knowledge to review, lead and manage procurement contracts

Between 3-5 years’ experience as a hands-on buyer for a global tech company

Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best possible terms while maintaining a good relationship with them

Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and monitor vendors’ performance.

Minimum 3 years experience (within the last 5 years) in Finance, Human Resources or related field

Proven experience in SAP HR

10+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative or project management experience

Strong organizational skills necessary to organize and manage a workload that involves tight deadlines, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously .

Deep experience building PowerPoint/Google presentations

Strong writing skills - you're comfortable setting and accepting direction over email/Slack (either 1:1 or with a large group)
