Job Description

LMC has partnered with a rapidly growing technology leader who's core focus in to accelerate the World's transition to a sustainable future, by creating intelligent buildings across the Built Environment.


Our client has substantial private equity backing, with their technology already in over 30,000 buildings Globally. Their cutting edge technology platform is revolutionising what an intelligent building should be creating intelligent energy network of grid interactive buildings.


Our client is looking to add two final Senior Account Executive to their team within the US, with this opening be fully remote, with occasional travel.


If you like building relationships, owning the full sales cycle alongside selling innovative technology that is making a serious dent on decarbonising the built space, this opportunity could be of interest to you.


In this role, you'll be focused on selling their technology to Enterprise clients outside of CRE; think Multi-Site Retail, Hospitality, Fortune 500 etc. You'll develop and nurture customer relationships, identify key stakeholders, develop business plans, and close opportunities.


We're looking for someone who is able to work cross functionally with my clients' business development, integration/engineering & customer success teams to move opportunities through the sales process and close business.


Other responsibilities will include:

  • Build and manage sales plan to generate, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities within your remit.
  • Deliver on annual sales metrics; MRR, ARR.
  • Be customer centric. Understand customers pain points and collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions.
  • Engage in sales tolls effectively to plan, document progress and accurately forecast sales & revenue activity.
  • Own the full sales process.


What my client's looking for in an ideal candidate?

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales/revenue quotas.
  • Passionate about technology that positively impacts decarbonisation efforts within the Built Environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of the smart buildings / energy efficiency / HVAC ecosystem.
  • Rolodex within Retail / Multi-Site locations / Enterprise clients preferred.
  • 7+ years selling complex solutions within Buildings; SaaS and/or technical solutions at the Executive level.
  • Experience using CRM's (SalesForce) preferred.

Compensation:

Base: $120K - $150K

First Year OTE: $200K+

(Commission plan guaranteed for the first 6 months)
