Aspire is excited to announce an opening for an Enterprise Sales Consultant. Aspire is aggressive in growth and looking for dynamic individual to sell Aspire’s business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective landscape and janitorial customers. This position will play an invaluable role in the company’s overall growth strategy focusing on enterprise clients in a growing market.


What You’ll Do:


  • Maintain an accurate forecast and related prospect information in Hubspot.
  • Ensure all prospect interactions and meetings are accurately and consistently recorded in Hubspot.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
  • Develop, present, and sell the company’s value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the aspire software and services.
  • Travel may be needed periodically.
  • Sell Aspire’s product and services to prospective customers within a geographical territory.
  • Penetrate key accounts, meet, and develop business relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain sales pipeline through forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Occasionally, attend an industry specific tradeshow to generate leads.
  • Maintain consistent and prompt response time with all clients.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.


What You’ll Need:


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of B2B sales experience is required.
  • Possess a solid understanding of sales automation tools to build pipeline at scale is highly important.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Previous experience as a Business/Sales Development Representative is highly preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in SAAS or ERP sales is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the landscaping industry is a plus.


Where You’ll Work:


Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in St. Louis County; however, some local positions will be remote until the time is right to return to the office while other roles are more office-based. Fully remote employees will stay remote.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $64,000 - $92,000 + commissions. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
