About The Team
The ShowingTime+ Broker Development team is an emerging team that will sell multiple products, across different business lines, to the top brokers and franchisers in North America. We need Subject Matter Experts to represent specific products. These experts will be responsible for product deep dives, to answer specific questions and do product demos. Enterprise Account Executives will partner closely with Broker Development Directors to share product knowledge and close sales.
About The Role
  • Learn product details and their dependencies.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% per month to represent ShowingTime at in person industry events, client visits, conducting group presentations, etc.
  • Drive sales and work in partnership with the sales team to close sales effectively and quickly.
  • Stay informed on new enhancements.
  • Work with internal product teams to understand the future product roadmap, give feedback from the field to assist product development.
  • Contact key prospects and customers, making 20-40 sales calls per day including prospecting calls to deeply penetrate assigned accounts, and tracking all activity and in Salesforce.
  • You will be entering the ground floor of a new software group within the premier real estate brand in the U.S. We will work fast, be scrappy and creative to achieve our goals and have the support and visibility of the larger exec team within ZG.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $84,700.00 - $135,300.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
  • Selling software products to large brokerages and franchisers is strongly preferred.
  • A consistent track record in enterprise sales with longer sales cycles.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with the C-Suite level customers and know how to support and increase sales opportunities.
  • Knowledge and experience using ShowingTime products highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the consultative sales process and can deliver value and solution-based selling.
  • A deep understanding of the role an MLS plays in organized real estate.
