Job Description

Role: Enterprise Account Executive

Salary: 80-115k Base + Double OTE

Model: Remote (United States)


Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding our customer base within the enterprise market segment. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.


Responsibilities


Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and engage enterprise-level clients (1000-5000 employees).
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively prospect potential clients to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to key stakeholders.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs.


Relationship Management:

  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, customer success managers, and product specialists, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth account planning and develop account strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and executives within enterprise organizations.


Pipeline Management and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue projections, and sales progress, using CRM tools.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and forecasts.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to sales management and contribute to sales strategy discussions.


Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging customer needs, industry challenges, and potential areas for product enhancement or development.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with internal teams to inform product roadmap and business strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the enterprise market segment.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise-level sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales software for pipeline management and reporting.
